Constructed in the traditional Pikake style, each layer of shells is nestled neatly within the next.
All shells are of the Momi (dove shell) variety with Kui Ke’oke’o (white/off-white) coloration, except for the 24x18mm Pōleholeho (decorative shell that connects the strands together) which is of the Apu’upu’u (bumpy cowrie) variety.
