Strung in the Pikake style, each layer of shells interlaces seamlessly with the next.
All shells are of the Momi (Dove shell) variety with Lenalena (slightly yellow/off-white) coloring. Each of the four strands are connected by a 19mmX26mm Pōleholeho (decorative shell which ties the ends of each strand together) of the Apu'upu'u (bumpy cowrie) variety with a superbly matched color.
This lei measures approximately 36 inches in length, creating a 19 inch 'drop length' when worn.
