This pendant is a testament to the skillful artisanship of its era, with each detail of the bat and fruit motif carefully chiseled into the high-quality jade. A small hole has been drilled under the fruit’s stem, allowing the carving to be easily threaded onto a ribbon or chain and worn as a pendant.
The carving measures approximately 40mm long by 46mm wide and 22mm thick and weighs about 56.8g.
